We accept POSTER submission ONLY after october 1^st of 2018

To facilitate the reviewing process and the creation of the book of abstract, please read the following instructions before submitting an abstract. 

The abstract must be in English and must not exceed one page (including title, authors' names and affiliations, abstract, figures and references). No supplementary file will be accepted.

The Microsoft Word template (see below) must be used without any change in the file format.

Please fill both the online form and on the Word file submitted with authors and affiliation infos.

Please indicate the speaker on the form and underline his/her name in the Word document.

At the end of the submission process, please double check the PDF file after its creation.

All abstracts that do not respect these rules will not be taken into account.
